Basic parameters for FTP configuration
FTP server: your site’s address (e.g. happyuser.zz.com.ve).
Login: the profile FTP account login is the same as your login to the user panel (e.g. happyuser), the domain FTP account contains @ (e.g. ftpuser@happyuser1.com)
Password: by default, it is the same as for the user panel.
Port: 21
Mode: passive
